Well, I never. The old woman Slow is a sneaky low-down conniving plotting scheming Peep and shows no remorse for her behavior. Who could stoop so low as to use a Doctor Visit as an excuse for flying to South Carolina to see Pretty and Paw Licker Annie and Tennis Ball Obsessed Chelsea…and then to come up with such a ridiculous diagnosis. Pinched nerve. Lame, lame, lame.
Game Doc??
Seriously? If this is his office, her Doctor must be as big a Fanatic as Slow. Sweet Jesus. At any rate, I’m glad to hear that he gave her two shots while she was there – serves her right for not telling Spike and me her plans. Here today, gone tomorrow. Back the next day. A veritable blur.
Paw Licker Annie staying fit
Tennis Ball Obsessed Chelsea looking healthy
Flying the friendly skies
Thank God for the Little Women of Worsham Street who faithfully took care of us while Slow had a rendezvous with Pretty and the girls at Casa de Canterbury. I guess we would’ve starved to death if it hadn’t been for them and mostly I’m grateful they kept up with my meds. I’m a wreck without them.
Get me outta here Percy…there’s a full moon rising tonight, and The Red Man’s in the mood to howl at it.
I will say that you have one hell of a way to write. I love it. You just make my day better after reading your posts!!! hugs

I suspect that Slow had to leave Texas because she was afraid that she would choke Mack Brown if she hung around any longer. Hope those shots calmed her down. 😉

Yes, Miss Harper Lee – Slow has acquired another Gamecock cap and may retire her Longhorn one this year! And the shots have helped miraculously so she’s in a much better mood! 🙂

Now you know you can’t trust Slow, Red. But just humor her and Pretty since that’s where the food comes from. You know the drill.

Yes, we do have to remember where our bread is buttered, don’t we? Good point, currentdescendent. Thanks for the sage advice. 🙂

Aw Red, the peeps are a sneaky lot, but I suspect Slow missed Pretty as much as you missed Slow. Ma hopes the old gal is still feeling good tonight a few days after the injections. There’s nothing like steroids for a little a ride on “cloud nine,” or so Ma says!
I hope you are feeling better on your meds, Red. Did your veterinarian ever figure out what was up with you? Ma’s taking Cassie Potatoes to the doc on Saturday to get her booster shots. I plan to hide under the love seat so she doesn’t get any ideas about me!
Sloppy Poppy kisses and a box of Liver Snaps to you and Spike.
Love,
Your Poppy

Oh Poppy, thank you so much for your Sloppy Poppy kisses and box of Liver Snaps tonight!! I am not inclined to share with Spike, but I’m sure I will be coerced into it by the big lug.
Alas, my maladies remain a mystery apparently and I have overheard discussions of an ultrasound but so far it’s just rumblings. Nothing set up. I have been able to maintain my daily activities so we keep on percolating. I will of course let you know of any new information.
Rest well with Cassie Potatoes and Ma tonight. The Red Man likes to think of you with a wonderful friend. Ain’t nothing like Sistahs…:)
